John Mark Jennings - LCSW, Owner - John Mark Jennings, LCSW, BCD; served in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1979. He graduated from Western Kentucky University, majoring in Philosophy and Sociology. In 1989, he graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. From 1990 to 1996, he attended the University of Louisville to become a Marriage and Family Therapist and a consultant. John and his wife, Jayne, began Family Options Inc., in 1998, which has allowed the opportunity to provide a variety of mental health, substance abuse and family therapy services to 18 counties in south-central and western Kentucky. Although in rural areas, it is difficult to specialize in any one population, John has worked a lot with military veterans and people who have experienced trauma.

Bret Parks - CSW, MSW; graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University in 2014. In 2016, he returned to Western Kentucky University and received his Master’s Degree in Social Work. Following graduation, he completed/passed a state administered exam resulting in licensure as a Certified Social Worker. This certification allows him to participate in two years of clinical supervision under Licensed Clinical Social Worker, John Mark Jennings. He is currently in his second year of supervision. Following the completion of his supervision, Bret will sit for the examination to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). During his time with Family Options Inc. he has had the opportunity to provide treatment to clients from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, anger management, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and a wide variety of other mental health issues.

Tina Bilodeau -  is a Louisiana native that moved to Kentucky in 2007 with her spouse and daughter. Tina graduated from McNeese State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with special emphasis in Family and child development.  She has 19 years of experience working with the mentally ill, developmentally delayed, homeless and at-risk teen population.  She has served on multiple committee’s such as NAMI, The Homeless Collation, Feed the Children and currently serves as a community partner member on our local Youth Service Center committee. Serving on the Youth Service committee allows Tina to be actively involved with the students in our county and to help assure that every child has his/her basic needs to be successful in school.  Tina and her husband share a special passion for at risk teens and have opened their home for teens as a Safe House.  After working the past 10 years in Community Mental health she has recently joined Family Options as a Targeted Case Manager.  As a Targeted Case manager Tina provides support for adults and children overcoming a variety of obstacles all while increasing their quality of life.

Tracy England - a 2011 graduate at Western Kentucky University, where she completed her Masters in Social Work. Tracy is currently a Certified Social Worker working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Tracy performs therapy for individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Tracy additionally offers DUI and substance abuse services, including assessments, individual therapy, and outpatient groups. Tracy specializes in Expressive Therapy.

Lindsay Lloyd - a 2009 graduate at Western Kentucky University, where she completed a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. Lindsay has six years experience in the mental health field. Lindsay has had the majority of her experience in the field with teenagers in a residential setting. Lindsay performs targeted case management services for children, adults, and families

Hi! My name is Elizabeth Eaves, LCSW.  I have worked in the counseling field for the last 11 years.  My experience includes case management and in home therapy for children at risk for out of home placement.  I currently supervise case management and I am the Clinical Director for Family Options, Inc.  I provide individual and family counseling to adults, adolescents, and children.  I practice a variety of competency based counseling approaches including Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Humanistic approaches.  I believe that each client is different and I will tailor your treatment approach based on your needs.  I look forward to collaborating with you to address the goals you have regarding your physical and emotional growth and development.  It is my hope that you will reach the end of counseling feeling prepared to deal with what lies ahead.

Terry Janelle - has a Masters of Arts in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor [LPCC] in the state of Kentucky. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds using mindfulness based therapies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Reality therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy [CBT], and Trauma Focused-CBT to promote personal growth, hope, healing, and rediscovery/closure as needed. I utilize a range of interventions and therapeutic techniques based on the clients' needs and presenting problems. I believe in the integrating of mind-body-spirit connection so clients can heal from emotional trauma. My professional areas include: trauma, anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, codependency, relationship and attachment and family of origin issues. I have worked full time in residential treatment for youth/adolescents for 8+ years with strong focus on cognitive/behavioral management and reunification/permanency with family members.

With over 27 years of experience, Dr. Keith Lee has guided thousands of young adults, adolescents, adults, and families to the essential peace of mind we all deserve. Well-versed in traditional as well as leading-edge techniques, Dr. Lee has found the right mixture of knowledge and action to help liberate you from the chaos in your life.

I am well-trained in several modalities including EMDR, Post-Induction Training and Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. I use a cognitive –behavioral approach emphasizing mindfulness. I am a Meadows trained therapist, working at the world-renowned center as a facilitator for the groundbreaking Survivors ™ trauma and addiction workshop. I have also worked in community mental health, an inpatient hospital and private practice. I have been a consultant with Vocational Rehabilitation.

I specialize in anxiety, post-traumatic disorder, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, spiritual integration, life coaching, ADHD, codependency, low self-esteem, self-sabotage, stepfamilies, parenting consultation and relationship problems. I am familiar with many agencies and resources to support you.

Hello! My name is Sarah Worth, CSW and I work as a therapist and case manager here at Family Options, Inc. I have 7 years’ experience working as a social worker with families and children. I greatly enjoy this field of work and have served for the past year and a half as a case manager for this agency. My services include individual and family assessment, resource linkage, ensuring wrap around services, and collaboration with other service providers to ensure the well-being of my clients. When acting as your case manager I will keep regular contact with you throughout the month, monitor your progress towards treatment goals, help remove any barriers to progress, and stay in contact with your therapist and other service providers that you approve of. My goal is to help individuals and families access community resources to empower them to live happy and healthy lives. I am currently attending school to obtain a Master’s of Social Work degree and once that is complete I will begin providing therapy services for the agency. I am very passionate about the work I do and have a great drive to help others. Case management can be an effective add on service to therapy to help clients meet their goals.
